PILATES

Learn the basics of Pilates mat practice and strengthen you core. Understanding how to stabilize your core can benefit your overall physical conditioning and make you stronger for many other activities (hiking, biking, gardening, etc.). Even if you know a bit of Pilates but want a refresher or just a gentler core class to start your week, you’ll love this fun class with Kim.

YOGA

Restore your body's natural state of optimal function and connectivity from the stable comfort of a chair. If you are aging gracefully, injured, stiff and/or sedentary, have chronic pain or ailments, or new to yoga, this gentle yoga class is for you. Enjoy this slow, focused, methodical yoga class, which is formatted for stress relief, those with limited mobility, injures, and the new yoga participant.

Fall prevention

If you have decreased sensation in your feet, vestibular issues, or a history of falls, this series can help equip you with yoga-based practices to incorporate into your daily exercise routine. There is an emphasis on standing poses that challenge your balance in a safe environment. Instructor-directed modifications are available when needed.
