Meditation & the Enneagram
Learn the basic principles of meditation technique. Increase awareness using the Enneagram and meditation. Using the map of the Enneagram, we will relax your type structure through somatic awareness practices. This class uses scientifically proven methods of learning how to release deeply held tension patterns in the physical body to reduce muscle tension, fight, flight, and freeze responses, circulation, mental alertness, emotional balance, endurance, oxygenation in the tissue access to the slower brainwaves inducing a sense of balance and peacefulness.
