Designed for people diagnosed with scoliosis. A private pilates session prior to starting the group class is recommended to understand your individual curve pattern. Participants are asked to bring x-rays to the first class.
Learn how to elongate your spine and lessen your scoliosis pain. Use Pilates exercises to build core strength and practice breathing techniques.
This is a small group setting with individual attention. Kelley, the instructor, is a scoliosis specialist.
