If you have decreased sensation in your feet, vestibular issues, or a history of falls, this series can help equip you with yoga-based practices to incorporate into your daily exercise routine. Must be used to some light activity.
There is an emphasis on standing poses that challenge your balance in a safe environment. Instructor-directed modifications are available when needed.
