Learn how to improve your balance, posture, strength, endurance, and mindfulness, while decreasing your risk of falling to complement all lifestyles.

This series is perfect for anyone who is looking to improve their stability. If you have decreased sensation in your feet, vestibular issues, or a history of falls, this series can help equip you with yoga-based practices to incorporate into your daily exercise routine. Must be used to some light activity.

There is an emphasis on standing poses that challenge your balance in a safe environment. Instructor-directed modifications are available when needed.
