Charmaine Rhine, physical Therapist at Spring Hill, has recently finished two courses in Biofeedback. With the help of modern technology and advanced software, Biofeedback directly shows us the mind-body connection . Through measurements of things like heart rate and respiration, it can form a valuable tool in learning to control the body’s reactions to mental and emotional stress. Biofeedback has been helpful in treating conditions such as: Muscle Tension, HA’s, IBS, Asthma, Incontinence, Fibromyalgia, High Blood Pressure and many more. Charmaine will integrate Biofeedback in her sessions when needed and requested.
