What is Reflexology?
Reflexology is non-invasive complementary practice involving the use of alternating pressure applied to the reflexes within the reflex maps of the body located on the feet, hands, and outer ears.
Common benefits of reflexology reported by clients are that it reduces stress and promotes relaxation, is helpful in attaining restful sleep, increases circulation, improves overall body function, and helps maintain strength and wellness. It can also aid the body with repairing itself and with reducing pain and injuries. Reflexology is amazing!

Michele is a certified reflexologist. She graduated from The American Academy of Reflexology in Santa Monica, California at the top of her class. Michele is motivated by her lifelong interest in holistic approaches to healthy living and is devoted to helping people lead happy lives free of pain. In addition to taking further training to stay on top of the latest advances in her field, Michele enjoys her free time with yoga, jewelry-making, painting, and outdoor activities.
