Instructors and Body Workers

Marion Gilbert, R.P.T. has been practicing physical therapy for more than 30 years. She received her degree from Arnhemse Opleiding voor Fysiotherapy in her home country of Holland in 1978. She is the co-owner of Spring Hill Physical Therapy & Acupuncture and the founder of Stillpoint Studios. Her primary focus is on manual therapy and trauma resolution, but she also has specific training in acupressure, craniosacral therapy, myofascial release, and trauma resolution therapy. At Stillpoint, Marion is a certified Enneagram teacher within the Palmer/Daniels Narrative Tradition.

Sheri Cutter, M.S.P.T. has been practicing physical therapy for 16 years and is the co-owner of Spring Hill Physical Therapy & Acupuncture and Stillpoint Studios. She received her Masters degree in Physical Therapy from Boston University and has since received training in craniosacral therapy, myofascial release, lymphatic drainage, and visceral mobilization. She integrates all of her therapies into her practice, and also enjoys including aspects of yoga, Pilates, and deep relaxation. Sheri is a certified Pilates instructor and has completed Polestar and ITT Pilates training.

Kimberly Arnett, P.T.A. has practiced physical therapy since 1991, when she graduated from Cerritos College. She is skilled in a wide range of therapies including sports and orthopedics, myofascial release, muscle-energy work, neuro-rehabilitation, and craniosacral therapy. Kimberley is also a certified Pilates practitioner with training through Polestar Pilates. At Spring Hill, she teaches Healthy Spine and Pilates mat classes. In her free time, Kimberly enjoys traveling, gardening, and kayaking.

Tricia Baker, P.T. received her degree in Physiotherapy from St. Mary's Hospital in London, England in 1978. During the 1980s, she developed and worked in a variety of rehabilitation programs in the United Kingdom and Africa. In 1990, she opened a small private practice and since then has continued to offer a variety of services, including home care. Her training includes craniosacral therapy, homeopathy, massage therapy, Reiki, and her current passion BodyTalk, an alternative health system that uses muscle testing to stimulate the body's own healing.

Ingrid Bhend, P.T. received her physical therapy degree from the University of California at San Francisco in 1984. Her post-graduate training includes the Folsom Physical Therapy year-long course in orthopedic manual therapy (Norwegian and Australian techniques) in 1986 and 1992. Ingrid also worked at Folsom Physical Therapy and assisted with teaching the course training patients with Low Back Dysfunction for 6 years. She is certified to practice acupressure, and has received training in myofascial release, craniosacral therapy, and visceral manipulation.

Tomi Connors Corbett, P.T. received her Bachelors degree from UC Davis in 1987 and her Masters degree in Physical Therapy from Boston University in 1990. Before coming to Spring Hill in 1997, she worked at Mills Hospital in San Mateo and the UCSF Medical Center in San Francisco. Her post-graduate training encompassed both neurological and orthopedic injuries, and in 1993 she received her NDT (Neurodevelopmental Treatment) Certification. In 1994, Tomi spent a year in South America studying conversational Spanish and practicing physical therapy. At Spring Hill, she combines a variety of therapeutic techniques with a warm, supportive manner to care for the whole patient.

Martha Kirishian, P.T. has been a practicing Physical Therapist for more than 30 years and has a B.A. in Biology and a B.S. in Physical Therapy from C.S.U. Fresno. Her continuing education includes joint mobilization, soft tissue mobilization, balance disorders, PNF, Traegger, Reiki, Kathy Kain courses (cranial, trauma, visceral, etc.), muscle energy techniques, TMJ, craniosacral therapy, and movement education based on the work of Moshe Feldenkrais. Martha has worked in a multitude of settings and at one point owned her own P.T. practice in California. Among other things, she also served as a clinical Preceptor for Physical Therapy students and interns from CSUF and Mt. St. Mary's. Martha's primary focuses in her current work are craniosacral therapy, soft tissue mobilization, and trunk stabilization including posture, mechanics, and some trauma resolution.

Charmaine Rhine, M.P.T. received her Masters of Physical Therapy from Loma Linda University in 1999 and began working at Spring Hill in early 2002. She has worked as a P.T. in many different settings, including skilled nursing facilities, acute care hospitals, and neuro-rehabilitation, outpatient, and wound care clinics. Her work focuses on soft tissue mobilization, myofascial release, spinal stabilization, craniosacral therapy, and somato-emotional release. Charmaine recently completed two courses in biofeedback and is integrating this therapy into her practice as well. In addition to her Masters degree, Charmaine has a B.S. in Life Sciences from Loma Linda University and a B.A. in Philosophy from UCLA.

Ingo Zirpins, M.S.P.T. Originally from Germany, Ingo traveled to the U.S. in 1992 to study massage at the Esalen Institute and shiatsu and acupressure at the Berkeley Acupressure Institute. Inspired by an 88 year-old practicing physical therapist/healer in Santa Cruz, he pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology & Human Movement Studies at San Francisco State University, while upholding a private massage practice. In 2003, he earned a Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from the University of California, San Francisco, and afterward worked in a variety of clinical environments, including outpatient orthopedic, chronic pain settings, acute inpatient, geriatric, and skilled nursing care facilities. Ingo has a great passion for his profession and is pursuing certification in orthopedic manual therapy. Hands-on, mindful, and patient-centered care is his personal philosophy.
