Learn how to improve your balance, posture, strength, and endurance, and mindfulness, while decreasing your risk of falling to complement all lifestyles.

This gentle yoga series is perfect for anyone who is looking to improve their stability. If you have decreased sensation in your feet, vestibular issues, or a history of falls, this series can help equip you with yoga-based practices to incorporate into your daily exercise routine. Must be used to some light activity.

There is an emphasis on standing poses that challenge your balance in a safe environment. Instructor-directed modifications are available when needed.

New to yoga or needing a refresher? In this beginner's yoga class you will master the fundamentals of yoga in a fun, safe, and welcoming group environment.

Designed for those with little to no yoga experience, this class focuses on basic alignment principles of the most common poses and safe form. You will learn your comfort zone and how to safely expand beyond it.

We will explore yoga breathing and linking movement with breath. There will also be light discussion of the history and general philosophy of yoga and the benefits of practicing it in today’s modern world.

No need to choose between yoga and Pilates... our Yoga Pilates Fusion is the best of both. Increase core strength and tone your body while calming your mind and increasing flexibility.

Formatted like a yoga class, you will get the centered mindfulness of yoga and the strength and endurance of Pilates. This is a mat exercise class combining Pilates mat and yoga exercises.

While this class is suitable for ALL LEVELS, some familiarity with yoga and/or Pilates is recommended. Instructor modifications are available to make movements or poses more/less challenging.

If you are aging gracefully, injured, stiff and/or sedentary, have chronic pain or ailments, or new to yoga, this gentle yoga class is for you.

Enjoy this slow, focused, methodical yoga class, which is formatted for stress relief, those with limited mobility, injures, and the new yoga participant. This class will help you improve posture, flexibility, and mental clarity. It will also help decrease stress and alleviate chronic pain.

In this group class we will use gentle movements and simple techniques to develop a different relationship with the body and develop a different relationship with the body and its language around pain. We will offer support through sharing stories and experiences.

Use breathing and relaxation practices to listen to your body's signals. Learn how to breathe, relax, and use simple movement exercises to transform pain.

This class incorporates somatic education and simple education and simple practices to better understand how our bodies communicate with us.

NEW CLASS! 

Designed for people diagnosed with scoliosis. A private pilates session prior to starting the group class is recommended to understand your individual curve pattern. Participants are asked to bring x-rays to the first class.

Learn how to elongate your spine and lessen your scoliosis pain. Use Pilates exercises to build core strength and practice breathing techniques.

This is a small group setting with individual attention. Kelley, the instructor, is a scoliosis specialist.

Resource the power of your brain. Based on the work of Moshe Feldenkrais, Cortical Field Re-Education (CFR) opens doors for pain relief, ease of movement, and upgraded performance, as well as improves awareness of self.

CFR will guide you to letting go of unnecessary effort and tension in your body, resulting in reduced overall effort in your life.

The CFR class is an intimate setting, limited to six students. Classes include individualized movement exploration and brief discussion.
